the location was central, a real plus.
my room faced an internal area and it was not pretty. noise from the pub below made it difficult to sleep, i heard everything from the ladies' toilets. also, the breakfast service was slow, i waited for a long time.

the location was convenient near shambles. the room was clean i noticed. the staff helped store our bags after checkout.
the pub was very loud at night i couldn't sleep. there was no fridge in the room it was inconvenient. the breakfast service was slow i waited 40 minutes.

The Beautiful Room I stayed in was beautifully decorated. It was furnished in a way that matched the age of the building. The private bathroom had both a bath and a shower.
The staff was not always available (it was a busy time). The check-in felt a bit disorganized upon arrival.
